2. Products and Prices
All prices shown on the website include VAT at the legal rate in force.
 Valora Shops reserves the right to change prices, campaigns or commercial conditions without prior notice.
In case of publication error (e.g. incorrect price), the store reserves the right to correct the information and cancel the order, if necessary, before processing it.
3. Ordering Process
The customer must:

  •  Select the desired products;

  • Fill in the shipping and payment details correctly

  • Confirm the order at the end of the process.

After completing the purchase, the customer will receive a confirmation email with a summary of the order.

We accept the following payment methods:

5. Deliveries
We ship to:

  • Autonomous Regions (Azores and Madeira)

  • European Union Countries

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be informed at checkout.

Average delivery times:

  • Portugal: 2 to 7 business days

  • European Union Countries: 5-14 business days

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be informed at checkout.

Shipping costs:
Informed during the checkout process, according to the destination and the volume/weight of the products.

6. Exchanges and Returns / Right of Free Resolution
Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014, the customer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 days of receipt of the order.
How to exercise the right:

  1.  Send email to: valorashopoficial@gmail.com

  2. Indicate the order number and, optionally, the reason for the return

  3. The product must be returned:

    • Intact, no signs of use

    • In original packaging

 
 Note: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defect or shipping error by the store.
 
Reimbursement:
 You will be processed in the same payment method, within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product.
7. Assurance of Conformity
All products sold by Valora Shops come with a 3-year legal warranty, in accordance with Brazilian legislation.
In case of non-compliance, the customer must contact customer support with:

  •  Problem description

  • Photographs if possible

 
8. Disclaimer of Liability
Valora Shops is not responsible for:

  •  Technical failures or website interruptions

  • Delays attributable to carriers or third parties

  • Typographical or computer errors beyond the company's control.
