To start the return process, simply visit our Exchanges and Returns page on the website and follow the steps indicated.
We ask that the product be returned:
In perfect condition
No signs of use
In original packaging and with all elements included
Once we receive the product and confirm its condition, we will proceed with a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference.

Average delivery times are:
Mainland Portugal: 2 to 5 working days
Islands (Azores and Madeira): up to 10 working days
Other European Union countries: between 5 and 12 working days (depending on destination and customs procedures)
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your delivery.
