Excellent to drink at bedtime. Calming and digestive. The combination of chamomile, sage, lemon verbena and pennyroyal creates a delicious and healthy tea. Preparation: add 2 teaspoons for every 250ml of water at 90ºC. Leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes.
